Process of pressure spray dryer
Pressure spray dryer is a type of continuous atmospheric pressure dryer. Use special equipment to spray the liquid material into a mist to make it dry by contact with hot air. Used for drying some heat-sensitive liquids, suspensions and viscous liquids, such as milk, eggs, tannins and medicines. It is also used for drying dyes, intermediates, soap powder and inorganic salts.
Centrifugal spray dryer process is the most widely used process in the liquid process forming and drying industry. It is most suitable for generating powdery, granular or massive solids from solutions, emulsions, suspensions and pumpable paste liquid raw materials. Therefore, when the particle size distribution, residual moisture content, bulk density, and particle shape of the finished product must meet precise standards. Spray drying is an ideal process.
