Spray granulation dryer is a kind of drying equipment that produces products after fluidizing, dust removing, atomizing, curing and other processing to achieve the required particle size. The process is generally that the air is heated by the heater and enters the bottom of the fluidized bed, passes through the distribution plate and contacts the material, so that the material is fluidized. The mother liquor or binder is sent to the atomizing nozzle by pressure equipment such as a pressure pump. After atomization, it is coated on the surface of fluidized particles or the particles are bonded to each other. After continuous fluidization, coating, and drying, the particles gradually grow. It is large and discharged from the outlet of the fluidized bed after the required particle size is reached. Widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries.

1. The drying speed is fast, and the surface area of the material liquid is greatly increased after being atomized. In the hot air current, 95-98% of the water can be evaporated in an instant. The drying time is only ten seconds to tens of seconds. It is particularly applicable For drying of heat-sensitive materials.

Process of spray granulation dryer

Pressure spray granulation dryer is mainly composed of feeding system, drying system, dust removal system, heating system and electrical system, and each system includes some related equipment.

The feeding system consists of a mixing tank, a filter, a diaphragm pump and a spray gun. The ball milled secondary slurry is transferred from the ball mill to the mixing tank, pumped by the diaphragm pump through the filter and transferred, and then passed through the spray gun into the drying tower.
