The new low temperature continuous vacuum track dryer adopts new type of non-adherent track material, multiple segmented temperature control, automatic vacuum adjustment and new structure, which has the features of energy saving and very little loss of volatile components. The vacuum belt dryer is a contact type vacuum drying device that continuously feeds and continuously discharges the material. The material to be dried passes through the conveying mechanism and directly enters the inside of a highly-vacuum dryer, and several articles are spread in the dryer. On the drying belt, a special rubber roller driven by a motor drives the drying belt to move along the direction of the dryer cylinder at a set speed. Each drying belt is provided with three independent heating plates and one cooling plate under the drying belt. The heating plate and the cooling plate are closely adhered, and the energy needed for drying is transferred to the materials in a manner of contact heat transfer. When the drying belt moves from one end of the barrel to the other, the material is already dried and cooled. When the drying belt is folded back, the dried cake is peeled from the drying belt and is smashed through a cutting device that moves up and down. In the device, the crushed material is discharged through two air lock discharge hoppers. Since the material is gradually dried (usually for 30-60 minutes) after a period of time under high vacuum, the particles obtained after drying have a certain degree of crystallization effect, and at the same time, there are micropores in the microscopic structure. After being directly crushed to the required particle size, the particles have good fluidity and can be directly tableted or capsule-filled, and at the same time, since the particles have a microscopic loose structure, the fast dissolving property is excellent. Moreover, the appearance of the particles is good. For the instant (granules) products, the grade of the products can be greatly improved. The belt type vacuum dryer continuously feeds and discharges continuously at both ends of the fuselage.
